Consumers Energy will be eligible to provide customers with a refund within 90 days of the services being taken. Upon termination of any service for any reason, you must contact us within the time frame mentioned above. If the customer does not contact us within 90 calendar days, no refund for the services will be given. We may retain any advance payment or deposit, or a portion thereof that was not previously refunded, if you fail to contact us within this time period. If the service is canceled for a refund within 90 days of subscription, any fees charged for the service will be refunded. No refunds will be made for any service returned more than 90 days.

In addition to the termination of service, this return of services policy does not apply if your existing service is replaced or upgraded for any reason.
